Sale or return / return privilege

The customer may return the goods received within a fortnight without having to give a reason and by indicating the request to return the goods. We only exchange and swap unused, originally packed goods!!! If damaged goods are returned or if original packgins is missition, Animaltracks.de is entitled to deduct the amount as stipulated by law.
The time limit begins earliest upon receipt of the goods and of this briefing. In order to remain within the time limit simply indicate the desire to return in time - per email or in writing per post. Prior indication of the return is absolutely necessary. Freight forward goods are not accepted. We bear the freight costs for goods totalling a value of  Euro 40.-- or more.
The costs for returns from abroad or for goods worth less than EUR 40.-- are borne by the customer.

The right of withdrawal lapses latests 6 months after receipt of the goods.

 Exempt from return
Goods subject to price reduction, i.e. special offers. DVDs and magazines are excluded from return privilege to avoid copyright abus.
